If you are able to tear yourself away, then nearby Bude offers eateries, shopping and entertainment along with beaches at Crooklets, Summerleaze and Sandymouth should you fancy a change of sands.
WELCOME INSIDE
Part of a luxury new development at Black Rock, Llawnroc offers contemporary reverse living in spades. The open-plan living area is perfect for all seasons. Throw open the two sets of patio doors on summer days for a dose of Cornish fresh air, feel the warmth on your toes of under-floor heating on spring mornings, or cosy down in the front of the woodburner on winter evenings. The kitchen is sleek and has all you need to cater in style, while bedrooms are minimalist havens of calm and tranquillity, offering a place to dream of your day.
STEP OUTSIDE
Llawnroc embraces outdoor living with open arms. There’s a decked garden area for enjoying open air breakfasts or al fresco lunches with the dunes and sea a perfect backdrop. Or at the end of a beach day why not throw a local steak or two on the barbecue and watch the sunset, protected from sea breezes. There’s a grassed communal garden so the little ones can let off steam and at the end of you beach day there's a handy outdoor shower and lockable surfboard shed.
VENTURE FORTH
This is a holiday where you could easily unload the car and not have to use it until your journey home as Widemouth Bay itself has its own excellent amenities including a highly recommended restaurant, café and tea rooms. The village shop is well-stocked with a range of local produce and a popular fresh fish counter. The South West Coast Path is literally on the doorstep but if you did fancy a trip out you can take the scenic coast road to Bude, just a few miles away.

There is one super king bedroom, one king bedroom, one twin bedroom and one double bunk bedroom. All the bedrooms are en-suite including the children's bunk room.

The open-plan living area has a ten-seat dining table, woodburning stove and a large l-shaped sofa. The kitchen has a Bosch double oven and grill with four-ring hob, a microwave, a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

PARKING
There is reserved parking for one car. Further parking can be found at the adjacent Black Rock Sands car park available for a charge of approximately £30 per week. There are three visitor spaces but not reserved so are on a first come, first served basis.
PETS
Dogs are accepted with prior arrangement. Llawnroc is situated at the Black Rock end of Widemouth bay beach which is a dog-friendly beach.
GOLFERS
The links at the Bude and North Cornwall Golf Club are just a short drive away and Elite West Holidays' guests benefit from reduced fees..
SURFERS
The local surfing beach is just a short walk from the house.
WALKERS
You’re just a short walk from the renowned South West Coast Path giving you access to 500 miles of coastal walks in either direction.
YOUNG FAMILIES
Families with young children are always welcome, with travel cots, stair gate, bed guard and highchairs available.
