Although No. 9 doesn't have any private ground floor space of its own, it does have a delightful little balcony off the living space that sits above canal waters. There is direct access to Bude's vibrant canal-side area, where you will find an eclectic selection of boho-chic galleries, shops, cafés and restaurants.

There is a spacious master bedroom with super-king bed. The second bedroom also benefits from the luxury of a super-king with scope to split into twins, depending upon your requirements. There is an en-suite within the master bedroom and a well-proportioned family bathroom.

The kitchen is modern and open plan and boasts the very latest in appliances including a dishwasher, full-height fridge freezer, integrated washer/dryer, induction hob, microwave and a ‘bean to cup’ De’Longhi coffee machine. The living area is spacious and inviting with beautiful views.

High quality fixtures and fittings in a beautiful modern apartment, within 5-10 minute walk to Summerleaze beach.
My wife, son, daughter and myself thought that No. 9 was a cool apartment. Well-appointed with top notch décor, bedrooms and kitchen appliances. The surprise gift of Cornish tea, coffee, jam and marmalade was a lovely treat. We would definitely stay again!
The apartment is modern and comfortable. It overlooks the canal and is a short walk into Bude. Pubs and local amenities are all in walking distance. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
